WHO IS PETER BERNARD?

I, Peter Bernard, was a late 20th century and early 21st century artist who enjoyed speaking of himself in the past-tense. I did a TV show in New York City, I made cartoons for web sites, I ghost-wrote for an Emmy winner, I drew a poster for Joey Ramone, I was the first (along with CheckerPhil) to put Amy Poehler on television in NYC, I developed kids' cartoon ideas at Nickelodeon with Linda Simensky before she produced Power Puff Girls at Cartoon Network, I was the first to cast VH1's Bex Schwartz in a starring role on TV, and some people think that both the ideas for "Animaniacs" and "The View" were ripped-off from me.

There is nothing else interesting about me as far as I can remember.
